Last updated: June 29, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how intentalert, operated by Intentalert LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address and authentication details when you sign up or log in.
  • Monitor configuration: the subreddits, products, and keywords you choose to track.
  • Public Reddit content: posts and related public metadata that we process to score buying intent and deliver notifications.
  • Billing information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as plan, status, and the last four digits.
  • Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Service, collected to operate and improve it.
  • Cookies: used to keep you signed in and to understand aggregate usage.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including monitoring subreddits and sending you alerts.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates.
  • To improve our intent scoring, features, and overall Service.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed:

  • Payment processing (to bill your subscription).
  • Hosting and infrastructure (to run and deliver the Service).
  • Messaging platforms you connect, such as Telegram and Discord, to deliver your alerts.
  • Reddit, whose public data we access to provide the Service.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and configuration data for as long as your account is active. Lead history is retained according to your plan’s limits. We retain other information as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage much of your data from your dashboard, or contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service integrates with and links to third-party services (such as Reddit, payment processors, Telegram, and Discord). Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

9. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
