Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of intentalert (the “Service”), operated by Intentalert LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
intentalert monitors public posts in the subreddits you select, uses automated scoring to estimate buying intent, and notifies you of relevant posts through channels such as Telegram and Discord. The Service reads publicly available content only — it does not post, comment, vote, or send messages on Reddit on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for how you act on the information we surface, including any posts, comments, or messages you choose to send on Reddit or elsewhere, and for complying with Reddit’s User Agreement, Content Policy, and the rules of any subreddit you participate in.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans and billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. We may change our prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: using it for spam, harassment, or any activity that violates Reddit’s rules or applicable law; reselling or redistributing the Service or its data without permission; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or scraping the Service beyond the access we provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. No guarantee of results
Intent scoring is automated and provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any lead, score, or notification, nor any particular business outcome, sales, or response from your use of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding third-party and public Reddit content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties including Reddit, payment processors, and messaging platforms (such as Telegram and Discord). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
